This maxi dress is cut from tulle. Designed with long, blousy, cuffed sleeves and a collared neckline. Featuring ruched tulle ruffle details throughout the gown and along the skirt. The front and back of the chest has gathered tulle for an elegant effect. It is fitted through the bodice and falls to an a-line puffy maxi skirt.
