Tova Chiffon MIDI

This midi dress is cut from silk chiffon. Designed with long, blousy, cuffed sleeves and a mockneck collared neckline with a removeable tie bow. Featuring ruched details on the chest and top of the arms. The gown has a high waist which works perfectly for maternity as well.  It is fitted through the bodice and falls to an a-line skirt. The bottom includes an outter horsehair layer giving it a slight flare. Length is 48"
